She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McLeod and Thelma Merritt McLeod; her husband Robert Speights; and her sister Thelma Lee Adcock. She is survived by: her daughter Janice Wilson of Sontag, MS; and her siblings, Voncile Case of Brookhaven, MS and Hebert McLeod of Monticello, MS. She is also survived by two grandsons and great grandchildren.
