He was predeceased by: his father David Mullins; and his grandfathers, Edward Earl Rutland and Paul Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Melinda Rutland; his children, Kyla Marie Mullins, Karleigh Gail Mullins, David Karter Mullins and Dayston Carter Wall; his fiancé Kelsey Wall; his grandmothers, Johnnie M. Rutland and Ann Hyde; his aunts, Connie Lynn Freeman and Charlotte Clark; and his cousin Nicole Ballard. He is also survived by aunts and uncle; and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.
