He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Hall Maxwell; his daughter Terri Maxwell Shumaker (Ben); his grandsons, Jake Reynolds (Toni) and Seth Reynolds (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Kaitlee, Kylee, Hailey, Ruth Anne Reynolds, Carter Reynolds and Caleb Avants; and his siblings, Judy Gayle Maxwell and David Wayne Maxwell.
