He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard Barnett, Sr. and Dorothy Brown; and his sons, Stevie Westmoreland and Cliff "Biggy" Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Barnett; his children, Rodney Barnett (Michelle) of Ruth, MS, Raymond Barnett (Ashley) of Brandon, MS, Lisa Sykes (Cory) of Braxton, MS and Debbie Kallos (Ted) of Jayess, MS.; and his siblings, Dyan Mead and Richard Barnett. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
