She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Smith; her parents, Larce Alton Kyzar and Maggie Marie Ballard Kyzar; and her siblings, Jimmy Dale Kyzar, Larce Kyzar, Olean Lacosta and Linda Faye Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Justin Mullins of Monticello, MS and Jeremy Mullins; her grandson Ripken Mullins; and her sisters, Wanza Smith, Yvonne Davis and Maxine Russell.
