He is survived by: his wife Shelby Boutwell; his daughter Susan Lightsey (David); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Authement (Ryan), Julie Susanne Buffington (Mondo) and Collin David Lightsey; his great grandchildren, Caleb Michael Authement, Colton Ryan Authement, AJ Raiford, Jilian Keene Raiford, Jasper James Raiford and Addison Grace Buffington; his sister Rena Faye Boutwell Edwards (Cletus); and his nieces and nephews, Paula Jane Wilson (Ronnie), Janice Nelson Henry, Belinda Stokes (Bill), Michael Cletus Edwards (Karen) and Billy Glenn Edwards (Kim).
