She is survived by: her husband Carroll Austin; her children, Lisa Blackwell (Don), Billy Austin (Penny), Belinda Kirk (Steve) and James Austin; her grandchildren, Shontai Owens, Tristan Austin, Mary Kaitlyn Kirk, Alex Kirk, Austin Blackwell, Seth Kirk and Marissa Mulconrey; and her brother Thomas Harold Howell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
