He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Sherman and Marguerite Louise Craven Sherman; and his sister Lana Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Janice McKissack Sherman of Mize; his children, Neil Sherman (Shannon) of Calhoun, Chera Sherman Breland (Jerry) of Hattiesburg, Deena Sherman (William Monk) of Seminary, Chasity McMillan Warren (Neal) of Mt. Olive, Sara McMillan Zacarias (Oscar) of Mt. Olive and Kyle Sherman (Michelle Melton) of Mize; his grandchildren, Tony Sherman (Stormy), Timathy Sherman (Holly), Zachary Blam, Tyson Sherman, Justin Breland, Jared Dan Breland, Ava Warren, Alora Warren, Ariauna Zacarias, Reyna Zacarias, Brielle Zacarias, Aubrey Sherman and Kylen Sherman; his great grandchildren, Emma Sherman and Cooper Sherman; and his siblings, Glaston "Snake" Sherman (Janie) of Sharon, Patricia "Trish" Sherman of Texas and Edith "Edie" Sherman Reese of Texas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
