He is survived by: his wife Patsy Azlin Cregar; his children, Lori Cregar Giles (Tommy) and James "Jimmy" Howard Cregar III (Donna); and his brother William "Bob" Robert Cregar (Gayle). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
