He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Bogard and Tommie Perry; and his siblings, Fannie Hampton, Brenda Hampton, William Cole, Eddie Wayne Hampton and Erodney Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Harris Cole; his children, Cassandra Joy of Michigan City, MS and Marco Joy of Michigan City, MS; his grandchildren, Taniya, Corderion, Kyson, Makaree and Logan; his siblings, Charles Cole (Lovie) of Lamar, MS, David Hampton, Jerry Hampton (Margaret), Sylvester Hampton (Angela) of Ashland, MS, Darrell Hampton of Ripley, MS, Michael Hampton of Memphis, TN, Michael Perry, Stevie Perry, Lamerio Perry, Tamie Terrel Perry of Chicago, IL, Teresa McKay of Lamar, MS and Sarah Hudson of Ashland, MS; and his aunt Velma Bogard of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
