He is survived by: his wife Alice Loper of Merigold, MS.; his children, Robert Loper (Margaret) of Arcola, MS, Michael Loper (Melissa) of Springfield, MO. and Judy Simmons (Jim) of Drew, MS.; his sister Thelma Blackburn; and his grandchildren, Andy Pickle, Robert Loper, Jr., Tina Machelle McDonald, Michael Loper, Lori Adams, Alison Walter and Anna Loper.
