He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Grantham Sr. and Ethel Grantham; his brother Willard Grantham Jr.; his nephews, Willard Grantham III and Chad Grantham; and his aunt Alberta Bradley.

He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Smith, Willie and Jimmy "Mickey" Grantham; and his pet Teddy.
