He is survived by: his wife Frankie Oswalt; his children, Beverly Elmore (Gary), Robin Halfacre (Marvin) and Jack Rhoades; his grandchildren, Sandi Davis, Amanda Lowery, Katie Halfacre, Addie Halfacre and Jackson Rhoades; his great grandchildren, Harlee Caswell and Tate Davis; his sisters, Genette Bowman and Sadie Cobb; and also Danny Oswalt.
