It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Yarborough Mitchell (Merigold, Mississippi), who passed away on September 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Yarborough and Elvira Yarborough; her husband Lyle G. Mitchell; her son Paul Mitchell; and her brothers, Billy Yarborough, Donald Yarborough and Leonard Yarborough.
She is survived by: her children, David L. Mitchell (Cathy) of Southaven, MS, Karen Sue Tobia (Shaffie) of Merigold, MS and Brenda Lea Mitchell of Navarre, FL; her grandchildren, Matthew Mitchell (Ashley), Madelyn Mitchell (Dominic), Ashley Mitchell and Devon Mitchell; and her pet Tippy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
