He is survived by: his wife Ruby F. Kemp of Merigold, MS; his daughters, Vickie Smith of Merigold and Rhonda Woodward of Merigold; his grandchildren, Joshua Goss (Jeannie) of Merigold, Lydia S. Powell (Michael) of Pace and Shannon Woodward of Merigold; his great grandchildren, Jennings Powell, Charlie Powell and Ivy Goss; and his brother Thurman Kemp (Karyn) of Gulfport, MS..
