He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Martin. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Hamilton; his wife Shelley; his children, Vanessa Henderson (Matthew) and Thomas Hamilton (Jacqueline); his granddaughter Aster Van Hamilton; and his father William Thomas Hamilton.
