He was predeceased by: his wife Camie Rawson Heard; and his parents, Mel Heard and Helen Heard. He is survived by: his daughter Haley Alexander (Richmond); his grandchildren, Millie, Mary Hixson and Miles; his siblings, Kathleen McNeil and Michael Heard (Karyn); his siblings-in-law, Jamie Rawson (Sheila) and Lea Ann Branning; and his nieces and nephews, Meagan McCoy (Justin), Ashlie Dial (James), Blake and Brandon Branning.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Lauderdale County Animal Control Shelter or Northcrest Baptist Church Student Building Fund.
