She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon White and Berta Lee White; her siblings, Joan Evans and Gordon White, Jr.; and her husband John McDonald.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanine Shearin; her daughters, Bev Cathey (Max) and Denise Goree (David); her granddaughters, Leah Dodson (Nick), Dena Steen (Jody), Jessica Burgess (Gabby) and Dara Hendrix (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Malorie Steen, Maxim Burgess, Sophie, Wyatt Brooks, Hallie and Harrison Hendrix. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be shared with Pine Forest Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis in lieu of flowers.
