She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Henry Goodloe and Geraldine Brown Goodloe; the father of her children Alvin Thomas Edgerton, Jr.; her husband Thomas Arthur Morris, Jr.; her son Alvin Thomas Edgerton, III; her siblings, Edwin Goodloe and Geraldine Humphreys; and her stepson-in-law Jim Garcia.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Edgerton (Cornelia) of Madison, Mississippi and Michael Edgerton (Shazowee) of Madison, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Tom Edgerton (Anne) of Lima and Seena Edgerton of Littleton, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Max, Maeve and Margot; her sister-in-law Janet Edgerton Chalk; and her stepchildren, Thomas Morris, III (Dawn) of Selma, Alabama, Muffet Garcia of Longview and Karen Burgess (Jerry) of Birmingham.
The family suggests memorial contributions are shared with The Church of the Mediator or your favorite charity.
