We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Martin Reed of Meridian, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Reed and Alnita Reed (Lang); his stepmother Thelma Hatcher Reed; his brother D. J. Reed; and his daughter Betty Alnita Reed Booth.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lynn Reed (Nunley); his children, Jimmy Martin Reed (Celina), Marty Patrick Reed, Martin Douglas Reed, Samantha Ann Kellogg and Kathy Lynn Cook (Jimmy); and his brothers, Fletcher Reed, Raymond Reed (Jan) and Russell Reed (Dean). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made in Martin's honor to the Care Lodge of Meridian, to the Wesley House of Meridian, to Love's Kitchen of Meridian, or to a favorite charity of choice.
