He was predeceased by: his father Leon Franklin Fleming; his brothers, Glenn Adolphus Fleming and Terence "Terry" Franklin Fleming; and his mother-in-law Lillie Mae Flemons. He is survived by: his mother Eva Bernice Price Fleming; his wife Katie A. Towers Fleming; his children, Karen Choyce (John) of Midlothian, TX, Thomas "Rocky" Skinner (Amber) of Evansville, IN and Latosha Fox-Davis (Tonisha) of Denver, CO; and his sister Ava Germaine Cunningham (Marlon) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law as well as extended family.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (7774 MS-39, Meridian, MS 39305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Chapel of Webb & Stephens Funeral Home (2514 7th St, Meridian, MS 39301).
