He was predeceased by: his father Robert Dewitt Ulmer. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Smith and Heather Falgout (Chris); his grandchildren, Seth Smith, Sadie Smith, Sophie Smith, Hallie Falgout and Hayden Falgout; his mother Ruth Janell "Nell" Ulmer; and his sister Toni Ulmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the building fund of Northpark Church and/or Gateway Church.
