He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Vern and Kathryn Isabell Lindner (Prescott); his wife Carolyn Rodriguez Lindner; and his brothers, Robert McOwen, Ralph McOwen and Homer Lucas McOwen.
He is survived by: his children, Shona Teapila (Trinidad) and Kevin Lee Lindner, Jr. (Deborah); his siblings, Eugene "Frosty" Lindner (Patricia), Roger Lindner, Robert Lindner (Toni), William "Billy" McOwen (Gladys), Kathryn Isabell Marshall and Cora McOwen; his nephew Dakota Scott; and his grandchildren, Angel Eduardo, Marisabelle Aleta, Kevin Wayne, John Joseph and Patience Marie.
