With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Randolph Dawkins of Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Dawkins II and Helen Pierce; and his former wife Valerie. He is survived by: his wife Patti Dawkins; his children, Jody Dawkins (Elysa), Lynessa Dawkins, Jason Dawkins (Rochelle), Abraham (Destiny), Anthony (Lori) and Jessica (Fidel); his grandchildren, Trey, Donovan, Tylis, David, Gabriel, Erik, Kylie, Kamryn, Kaydence, Dallas and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Orion, Aurora, Holden, Ronin and Blain.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to NorthPark Church.
