He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otto Mann and Dora Mae Gray Mann. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sills-Mann; his children, Tara Mann LaGarde (Owen), Steven Sills (Stephanie), Jon Mark Sills (Susan) and Scott Sills (Karen); his grandchildren, Maggie Bautista (Ermanuel), Bethany Whetzel (Will), Sarah Sills, Zachary Sills (Candice), Annabella Sills and Benjamin Sills; his great grandchild Arthur Eliot Bautista; and his brother Daniel Mann (Martha). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
The Mann Family suggests memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church Meridian in lieu of flowers.
