He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Oxner Jones; and his parents, J. B. Jones and Josie Mae Johnson Jones. He is survived by: his close friend Michael Brown. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews; In-Laws.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Webb & Stephens Funeral Homes (2514 7th St, Meridian, MS 39301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at the New Hope Baptist Church (6573 MS-145, Meridian, MS 39301).
