He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Bailey Powell; his children, Nikki Holifield (Tommy) and Renee'Butler (Hank); his granddaughters, Claudia Rose Marie Butler, Olivia Evelyn Annette Butler and Cassandra Catherine Holifield; and his siblings, David Powell (Carole) and Patricia Berry (Crist). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
