Cynthia Gail Ward Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Gail Ward of Meridian, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 69. Though Cynthia has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie T. Entrekin Sr. and Blanche Thompson; and her son Albert Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Wayne "L. W." Sheffield, Stephiane Hayden and Jamie Franklin; and her brother Willie "Bill" T. Entrekin Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Horeb Baptist Church (5513 Zero Rd, Meridian, MS 39301). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
