She is survived by: her son Darrell Scruggs; her daughter-in-law Charlotte Freeman Scruggs; her grandchildren, Lindsey Scruggs and Kevin Scruggs; her granddaughter-in-law Bari Scruggs; her great grandchild Rebekah Scruggs; and her sister Katie Penny Robinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
