He is survived by: his wife Betinna Hughes; his son Lee Hughes (Melissa); his siblings, Doris Smith, Rita Alred, Peggy White (Michael) and Russell Hughes (Becky); and his stepchildren, Ronnie Patton and Sunday Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
