He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hall; his daughter Tammy Lichte (Ricky); his sisters, Patsy McDaniel (Scott), Doris Shaw (Lou), Judy Hammond and June Thames (Roger); his sister-in-law Jackie Hall; and his cousin David Hall (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
