She was predeceased by : her former life partner John Earl Workman; her parents, Cayce Merrill Vance and Mary Hazle Vance-Bryant; and her sister Sheree Vance Price. She is survived by : her husband Alvin Thomas Warren; her children, John Earl Workman, II (Melinda), Matthew Vance Workman (Paige), Kim Waid (Tim) and Leisa Birdsong; her grandchildren, Kenzie Riley (Garrett), John "Tripp" Workman, III (Caylee), Kadin Adcox (Zeke), Creel Workman and Bailey Middleton; her great grandchildren, Bennie Riley, Kruze Maddox and Christina Rogers; her siblings, Gerald Vance (Robbin) and June Vance Lay (Richard); and her brother-in-law John Paul Price. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (3077 MS-13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Clearview Baptist Cemetery.
