He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Willie Lowery and Rosa Davis Lowery. He is survived by: his brothers, Joe Lott, Everett Broome, Wayne Woolwine and Steven Webb; his wife Ann Matheny Lowery; his children, Nina Lowery Morgan, Robbin Lowery Osiek (Kyle), Treva Lowery McInnis (Elmer) and Tom Lowery (Lori); his grandchildren, Will Morgan, Lane Morgan, Clare Davis (Justin), Carmen Elise (Ryan), Sam Thomas McInnis, John Lowery, Giglia Lowery and Ben Berry; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Davis, Brink Davis and Kellen Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
