He is survived by: his wife Pam Barr (Martin); his children, James Barr Jr., Lindsey Powell (Brandon) and Casey Barr; his brother Guy Nolan Barr; and his grandchildren, Kaylea Barr, Meredith Barr, Sutton Barr, Rowdy Powell, Cage Duncan, Emmie Powell and Harper Duncan.
