It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Dampeer of Mendenhall, Mississippi, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Dampeer and Lorine Callie Grantham Dampeer; and his siblings, Homer Daniel Dampeer and Henrietta Dampeer Terry. He is survived by: his brothers, Henry Mason, John Rankin, Jackie Sullivan and Billy Lawrence Lee (Joanne). He is also survived by one nephew; five nieces; and a host of great nieces and great nephews.
