He is survived by: his mother Juanita Lee Evans; his wife Kathy Blair Evans; his sister Sheree Jimmerson (Jim); his children, Kasey Ferguson (Chris), Andi Moose (Brandon), Jaimie Armstrong (Ross), Selina Prichard (Brian), Michelle Westbrook (Jason), William Warren (Miriam) and John Warren; and his grandchildren, Piper Ferguson, Bowman Armstrong, Grady Armstrong, Waylon Armstrong, Megan Eubanks (David), Blair Westbrook, Kyle Prichard (Ivy), Kenneth Nolan, Abbie Warren, Chloe Warren, Courtney Warren, Dalton Chace, Bella Hofler, Hayden Ferguson (Bri), Connor Ferguson and Korben Ferguson. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
