He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Frazier (Shane) and Alicia Cook (Jason); his brother Danny McLendon; and his grandchildren, Taylor Wayne Keith, Haley Frazier, Abbie Keith, Breanna Cook and Brooke Frazier.
