She was predeceased by: her father Wyatt Jones; her husband Charlie Norwood, Sr.; her son Kelvin; her parent Callie Loper Jones; and her siblings, Cornelius Jones, Wyatt Jones, Jr., Mary Lou Mangum, Paul Clifton Jones and Freddie Gene Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Charlie Norwood, Jr. (Laster), Joann Norwood Loper Kelly, Jerry Norwood, Linda J. Smith (W. C.), Patsy Hayes (late Lorenzo Hayes) and Donnie Norwood, Sr. (Hazel); and her siblings, Dozie Mae Jenkins, Betti Whitmore (Dave), Vera Burkett (Bobby Dee) and London Jones (Dorothy). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
