He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy Thompson; his wife Janet Overby Walker; his children, LaTreace Walker and Charles Walker (Erica); his grandchildren, Kendrick Walker, Edward Walker, Kelsi Miller and Kendra Miller; and his siblings, Verma McDonald (Ross) and Marshall Thompson. He was also cherished by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
