She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her children, Joshua Lee Gardner (Laurel), David Smith II, Tiffany Denton (Mark), Nicole Smith (Shane), Kathy Ward (John), Jennifer Gill (Tommy) and Charlotte Sue Smith; and her siblings, Bobby Lee Lang, Jr. (Sun), Brad Lang (Eltrina) and Misty Munch (Terry).
