He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Mike Monk (Becky) of Brandon and Cindy Jensen of Brandon; his grandchildren, Lindsey Tracy (Jim), Jessica King (Jason) and Jared Jensen (Carmen); his great grandchildren, Alden Tracy, Anisten Tracy, Easton Tracy, Lennyn King, Jack King, Brystol Luckey and Hank Jensen; and his siblings, Joe Monk (Kathy) and Frankie Nell Jones. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
