He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Higgins and Sadie Reeves Higgins; his siblings, Billy Higgins and Emma Higgins; and his grandparents, Barney, Emma Higgins, Charles and Ethel Reeves.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Higgins of Magee, MS and Kevin Higgins of Magee, MS; his nephew David Michael Temple; and his nieces, Desserae Vaughn and Billie Danielle Temple. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
