He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel A. Bilbo and Ruth Cothren Bilbo; his wife Janis Bilbo; and his sisters, Annie Ruth Dillard and Mildred Whittington.

He is survived by: his son Lynn Bilbo (Sandra) of Brandon, MS; his brother D. Bilbo (Mitti) of Lucien, MS; his grandchildren, Nicolle McGarrity (Billy) of Oxford, MS and Mike Bilbo of Vicksburg, MS; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Callie McGarrity.

The family request memorials be made in his name to Baptist Children's Village at The Baptist Children's Village, P.O. Box 27, Clinton, MS 39060-0027.
