He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Babington Sullivan and Vern Sullivan; his brother William "Bill" Woodrow Sullivan; his grandson Thomas Cole Freeman; and his uncle Leonard Sullivan.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Brandee Freeman (Chuck), April Smith (Chad) and Savannah Pollan (Jarett); his siblings, Herbert Steve Sullivan (Sue), Rex Sullivan (Karen), Pat Sullivan (Debbie), Cindy Roberson (Tim) and Judy Oglesby (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Blaine Freeman, Chase Freeman, Kelsey McNeil, Kamryn James, Brennan Smith and Kynlee Pollan; his great grandchildren, Ky Freeman, Jennings Freeman and Kallie McNeil; and also, Teresa Sullivan and Bo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Meadville Methodist Church (101 S 1st St, Meadville, MS 39653). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Midway Cemetery. A burial was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
