He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Nathaniel Chance and Eleanor Swindle Chance (Charlotte Chance). He is survived by: his children, Virginia Maxine Chance Mullins and Jerry Lynn Chance (Angela); his sister Karen Lee Chance Alexander (Gary); his grandchildren, Michael Adam Chance (Angel), Jacey Grace Chance, Olivia Simmone Chance, Nathan Elijah Chance, Arthur Kincaid Mullins (Shelby) and Zayne Thomas Mullins; and his great grandchild Oliver Graham Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bunkley Baptist Church (80 Edison St, Meadville, MS 39653). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Bunkley Baptist Church Cemetery (80 Edison St, Meadville, MS 39653). A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
The family requests memorials be made in his name to FC SawDawgs through the Bank of Franklin.
