He is survived by: his children, Virginia Maxine Chance Mullins and Jerry Lynn Chance (Angela); his sister Karen Lee Chance Alexander (Gary); his grandchildren, Michael Adam Chance (Angel), Jacey Grace Chance, Olivia Simmone Chance, Nathan Elijah Chance, Arthur Kincaid Mullins (Shelby) and Zayne Thomas Mullins; and his great grandchild Oliver Graham Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made in his name to FC SawDawgs through the Bank of Franklin.
