He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Howard and Hilma Howard; and his son Jason Dennis Howard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Howard; his siblings, Deonna Tanchi (Peter), Debbie Fleischer (Roger) and Denise Strother (Mark); his sister-in-law Junko Miura; his niece Margaret Cunningham (Cody); his nephew Matthew Howard (Marlee); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Howard; and his grandchildren, Conner, Caroline Howard, Josiah, Charlotte, Levi Cunningham, Harper, Jonathan, James and Caleb Howard.
