She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tarver and Georgia McCloud Tarver; her husbands, Bennie Jack Johnson and Carl "Corky" Evans; her son Wayne Johnson; and her siblings, Bonnie Tarver Nations, Dorothy Tarver Temple, J. C. Tarver, James Tarver, Marvin Tarver and William "Dub" Tarver.
She is survived by: her pets, Max, Callie, B. J. and Preceding; her sister Penny Wallace; and her close friend Mildred Weese Prather. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
