In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Etta Freeman leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Etta Freeman may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinner Freeman and Minnie Carlock Freeman; her husband A. D. Applewhite, Jr.; and her siblings, Loyd Freeman, Kinner Freeman, Jr., Floyd Freeman and Nettie Freeman Britt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Franklin Funeral Home (291 Main St, Meadville, MS 39653). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Midway Cemetery (1200 MS-184, Meadville, MS 39653).
