He is survived by: his sons, Jessie Smith and Adam Smith (Katie); his grandson Jax Smith; his sister Deborah Sullivan; his nieces and nephews, Savannah Pollan, April Smith, Amber Carter, Jason Carter and Justin Carter; and his great-niece Kylee Pollan.
