He is survived by: his significant other Lillian Hayes; his children, Connie Day of Winnesboro, LA and Curtley Hayes, Jr. (Bozo); his sisters, Irene Eskew and Stella Smith (Dinkey); his grandchildren, Jennifer Binns (Freddie), George Hayes (Marnie), Summer Fife (Chris), Drew Williams (Monique), Ann Marie Harper (Travis) and James Crumby; and his great grandchildren, Lindsay, Colin, Isabella, Lilly Easter, Shelton, Abbi Grace and Jace.
